Our coaching services are educational and transformational in nature, not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for those needs when appropriate.

2. Client Commitment and Responsibility

By participating in BE Life Coaching & Consulting programs, you acknowledge that:

   •   You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

   •   Coaching is a collaborative process that requires honesty, openness, and participation.

   •   Your success depends on your level of commitment and follow-through.

   •   You will communicate respectfully and maintain confidentiality in group or individual sessions.

3. Confidentiality

We value your trust. Information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except:

   •   When required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, abuse, or court order)

   •   When permission is granted by you in writing to share certain details

All client records, notes, and communication are handled with discretion and in compliance with privacy standards.

4. Payments and Refunds

   •   Payment for coaching sessions, programs, or products must be completed before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   •   All payments are non-refundable once services or materials have been accessed (see the full Refund Policy for details).

   •   Missed sessions without 24-hour notice will be forfeited.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ advance notice via email or phone.

If a session or program is canceled by BE Life Coaching & Consulting due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward future services.

All content provided by BE Life Coaching & Consulting — including but not limited to coaching materials, frameworks (such as DARE to BE), presentations, digital downloads, and written guides — is the intellectual property of BE Life Coaching & Consulting and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Clients may use materials for personal growth purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

BE Life Coaching & Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching sessions, programs, or the use of materials.

You agree to hold harmless BE Life Coaching & Consulting, its owner, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation or implementation of coaching strategies.

Sessions may be conducted in person, by phone, or through virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).

Clients are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet or phone connection.

BE Life Coaching & Consulting is not responsible for disruptions or data loss caused by third-party platforms or technology issues.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.

In the event of early termination, any outstanding balance for completed services remains due, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already conducted or materials received.
