Nearly a decade of work,
and this is just the Beginning...
BE first came alive in 2016 as a Prison Ministry, sharing messages of faith, identity, and restoration. It later expanded into a Women’s Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Program, empowering women to rebuild their lives and careers with dignity and direction.
As the work grew, staff members began asking to shadow me and study the curriculum I had created.
Transformation wasn’t just happening for clients — it was multiplying.
In 2019, I became a Certified Life Coach, officially launching what God had already started in me — helping people transform their lives through purpose, healing, and faith.
Simultaneously, God was expanding my personal ministry and influence:
• I became a Co-Author of several books to empower women, including an Amazon Best-Selling Devotional.
• I answered the call I once ran from and became a Licensed and Ordained Minister.
• I now serve as the East Bay Chapter President of Female Leaders in Ministry and the Marketplace (FLIM), mentoring women called to lead both spiritually and professionally.

BE Life Coaching & Consulting was born out of my personal journey of overcoming imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and rediscovering my identity as a woman of faith and purpose. As a single mother of three, I returned to school in my late thirties to study Counseling — a decision that changed the trajectory of my life and calling.
In 2019, I became a Certified Life Coach, officially stepping into the work God had been preparing me for all along. From counseling and workforce development to ministry and leadership, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find healing, direction, and divine alignment.
Today, BE Life Coaching & Consulting empowers women and leaders to Decide, Align, Release, and Emerge — transforming pain into purpose through faith and practical strategy.
